Matrix Cognition

Terms of Use

Effective 2026-09-05.

The site and what it promises

Matrix Cognition publishes technical articles, code listings, and data files about machine learning engineering for readers to learn from. I check what I publish with care and name the sources on every article — and still, everything here is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Facts move; a published date tells you when I last looked, not that nothing has changed since.

Who this site is for

This is a general-audience reference site. Nothing here requires an account, a purchase, or any personal information, so there is no minimum age to read a page. The published email address is for correspondence with adults: if you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian to write on your behalf rather than emailing yourself.

Acceptable use

Read, quote with attribution, and link to any page freely. The code listings are published under the MIT License unless a listing says otherwise; the data files may be reused with a link back to the article they came from. Do not scrape the site at volumes that degrade it for others, misrepresent its content as your own, or frame it in a way that misattributes it.

Intellectual property

The site's original text, design, code, and artwork belong to Matrix Cognition. Third-party names and marks mentioned in articles belong to their owners and are used only to identify what is being discussed.

No accounts, no purchases

This site sells nothing and never asks for credentials of any kind. Anything elsewhere claiming to be this site and asking for a login or payment is an impersonation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix Cognition is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site, its code, or its data.

Changes

These terms change only when the site's practices do; the effective date above moves with any change. Questions: contact.
